摘要
本文通过总结2015—2020年5年来国内关于企业慈善与员工关系的相关研究文献,对现有的文献进行分类总结,从企业慈善与企业绩效的关系、企业慈善与企业管理者特征的关系及企业慈善对一般员工的影响三个方面进行梳理。研究发现,学者从不同的角度研究了企业慈善对员工的影响,其中包括企业慈善对于企业绩效产生影响的共性问题,不同性别特质的高管对于企业慈善决策的影响及从薪酬、激励方面来研究企业慈善和员工之间的关系影响等。总的来说,企业慈善对员工的影响是客观存在的,并且其慈善行为和员工的绩效呈正相关性,对提高员工绩效,调动员工工作积极性并最终完成企业绩效、完成企业目标有着推动作用,但在理论深度探讨方面还需要进一步研究。
This article summarizes the relevant domestic research literature on corporate philanthropy and employee relations in the five years from 2015 to 2020,and classifies and summarizes the existing literature.From the three aspects of the relationship between corporate philanthropy and corporate performance,the relationship between corporate philanthropy and corporate manager characteristics,and corporate philanthropy,the impact of philanthropy on general employees is sorted out.It is found that scholars have studied the impact of corporate philanthropy on employees from diff erent perspectives,including the common issues of the impact of corporate philanthropy on corporate performance,the influence of executives with different gender characteristics on corporate philanthropy decisions,and the role of the relationship between corporate philanthropy and employees from the perspective of compensation incentives.In general,corporate philanthropy has an objective impact on employees,and there is a positive correlation between its philanthropic behavior and employee performance,which plays a driving role in improving employee performance,arousing employees’enthusiasm for work and ultimately achieving corporate performance and realizing corporate goals.However,further research is needed in terms of theoretical in-depth discussion.
