资源型城市数字化转型的机理和路径研究 被引量:2

摘要 数字化转型已成为打通经济社会运行痛点最有效的手段。就资源型城市而言,要摆脱“资源诅咒”的困境,就要抓住数字化转型的机遇,借助数字化技术提高资源利用效率、构建开放生态、推进产业升级等。本文从数字化转型的定义出发,详述了数字化转型破解资源型城市路径依赖的作用机理。以榆林市为例,从总体成效、产业数字化、数字产业化、数字治理的角度分析了资源型城市数字化转型的成效,从制定规划、发展模式及数字人才培养等方面提出了促进资源型城市数字化转型的建议。 Digital transformation has become the most effective means to get through the pain points of economic and social development.In terms of resource-based cities,in order to get rid of the dilemma of“resource curse”,it is necessary to seize the opportunity of digital transformation,improve resource utilization efficiency,build open ecology and promote industrial upgrading with the help of digital technology.Starting from the definition of digital transformation,this paper elaborates on the mechanism of digital transformation to break the path dependence of resource-based cities.Taking Yulin City as an example,it analyzes the results of resource-based cities’digital transformation from the perspective of overall effect industry digitalization,digital industrialization and digital governance.Proposals for promoting the digital transformation of resource-based cities are put forward from the aspects of planning,development model and digital talent training.
