铜钛双金属复合管绕弯成形回弹的尺寸效应研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了精准地预测铜钛双金属复合管绕弯成形的回弹情况,本文基于ABAQUS/Explicit平台建立了铜钛双金属复合管绕弯-回弹有限元模型,并通过实验验证了模型的可靠性。本文首次采用两个全新的无量纲尺寸参数,研究回弹的尺寸效应特性,即在弯曲角度θ增大的条件下,回弹角Δθ随中空程度系数λ和弯曲曲率w的变化规律,提出了一种适用于多种管材、多尺寸研究的数学模型。将有限元的模拟结果与数学模型的计算结果综合分析得到:1)λ不同的复合管,Δθ均随着θ的增大而近似呈线性增大;当θ>45°时,回弹角增速V_(Δθ)随λ的增大先减小后略有增大;λ=0.565的复合管产生的回弹角最小。2)w不同的复合管,Δθ均随θ的增大而线性增大;当θ>45°时,回弹角增速V_(Δθ)随w的增大呈递减趋势;当w≤0.60,V_(Δθ)值稳定在0.038,故对于λ/w接近于1的复合管,在实际生产中可以使用相同的回弹补偿模型,以提高生产效率。 In order to predict the springback of copper-titanium bimetal composite tube more accurately,based on the ABAQUS/Explicit platform,a finite element model of bending and springback of copper-titanium bimetal composite tube was established,and its reliability was verified by experiment.Two new dimensionless parameters were introduced to study the size effect characteristics of springback,that is,under the condition that the bending angleθincreased,the springback angleΔθvaried with the hollow degree coefficientλand the bending curvature w.A mathematical model suitable for the research of different tube materials and multiple sizes was proposed.The finite element simulation results and the calculation results of the mathematical model were comprehensively analyzed.Results show that:1)For bimetal composite tube with differentλ,Δθincreased approximately linearly with the increase inθ;whenθ>45°,the growth rate curve V_(Δθ)of springback angle decreased firstly and then increased slightly withλincreased;whenλ=0.565,the composite tube had the smallest springback angle.2)For bimetal composite tube with different w,Δθincreased linearly with the increase inθ;whenθ>45°,the growth rate curve V_(Δθ)of springback angle decreased with the increase in w;when w≤0.60,V_(Δθ)remained stable at 0.038.Therefore,when the value ofλ/w is close to 1 in actual production,the proposed springback compensation model can be used to improve production efficiency.
