摘要 针对多属性决策问题中决策者主观判断的模糊性和决策过程中存在的补偿问题,提出了基于三角直觉模糊数的多属性决策模型。首先,用三角直觉模糊数来完成模糊信息的表达,从而更好地描述出决策信息的不确定性。其次,利用改进后的交互式多准则决策(interactive multi-criteria decision-making,TODIM)方法,并结合偏好顺序结构评估(preference ranking organization method for enrichment evaluations,PROMETHEE-II)方法在模糊环境中对备选方案进行排序,使该框架更具实用性和适用性。最后,通过案例证明了该决策框架的有效性,并对决策结果进行进一步敏感性分析,分析结果验证了其稳定性。 Aiming at tackling the ambiguity of the decision makers'subjective judgment in the multi-attribute decision-making problems and the compensation problem in the decision-making process,the interactive multi-criteria decision-making(TODIM)-preference ranking organization method for enrichment evaluations(PROMETHEE-II)method based on triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number was studied.First of all,the concept of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers were used to complete the expression of fuzzy information so as to better express the uncertainty of decision information.Secondly,the interactive multi-criteria decision-making(TODIM)method were combined with the preference ranking organization method for enrichment evaluations(PROMETHEE-II)method to rank the alternatives,making the framework more practical and applicable.Finally,the effectiveness of the framework was proved through a case,and the sensitivity analysis of the decision-making results was carried out to verify its stability.
