摘要
该文总结了前课题组对于天然产物Neobraclactones A的两种合成路线和其设计思想,给出了第三代天然产物Neobraclactones A合成的中间产物的制备过程。通过控制催化剂的用量、醇酸摩尔比以及带水剂用量来对本次实验的最佳条件进行了进一步探索和数据记录,并对所做出来的催化剂和中间体进行了氢谱检测,检测结果都基本与标准图谱一致,综合产率可达53.26%。
This article summarizes the two synthetic routes and design ideas of the former research group for the natural product Neobraclactones A,and gives the preparation process of the intermediate product of the third-generation natural product Neobraclactones A.We mainly controlled the amount of catalyst,the molar ratio of alkyd to acid and the amount of water-carrying agent to further explore and record the optimal conditions of this experiment,and carried out hydrogen spectrum detection on the catalysts and intermediates made.The test results are basically consistent with the standard map,and the comprehensive yield can reach 53.26%.
