板坯连铸机全保护浇注工艺优化 被引量:14

摘要 结合迁钢连铸生产情况,优化并完善了连铸机全保护浇注工艺,通过开浇前置换中间包空气、增加长水口氩气稳压计、优化中间包全保护工艺和结晶器流场优等措施,降低了钢水发生二次氧化的概率,钢中全氧含量明显减小,氮含量整体降低了10 ppm,夹杂物数量降低了4.1个/mm^(2),铸坯质量得到明显提升。 Combined with the continuous casting production of Qiansteel,the fully protected pouring process of continuous caster is optimized and improved.Through measures such as changing tundish air before pouring,adding long nozzle argon manometer,optimizing tundish fully protected process and mold flow field,the probability of secondary oxidation of molten steel is reduced,the total oxygen content in steel is significantly reduced,and the nitrogen content is reduced by 10 ppm as a whole,The number of inclusions was reduced by 4.1/mm^(2),and the slab quality was significantly improved.
