摘要
目的探析益气养阴活血法+胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)并冠心病(CHD)的临床效果。方法选取该院2018年4月—2021年3月接受诊治的91例T2DM并CHD患者纳入研究,将其分为研究组(52例)和对照组(39例)。对照组运用胰岛素泵治疗,研究组增加益气养阴活血法治疗。观察并比较两组患者救治成功率、血糖水平、血脂水平、氧化应激反应、炎性因子、不良反应发生率以及生活质量指标。结果研究组患者救治成功率、治疗后,HDL-C、GSH-PX与生活质量指标高于对照组,血糖水平、TC、TG、MDA、8-iso-PGF2α、炎性因子、不良反应发生率指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对T2DM并CHD患者采取胰岛素泵与益气养阴活血法联合救治临床效果比较显著,患者氧化应激反应与血脂水平获得显著改进,不仅可显著降低炎性因子水平,同时还可以降低血糖水平,避免患者发生不良反应,从而整体提升救治成功率,全面提升患者生活质量,临床适合扩展运用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of replenishing qi, nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation +insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods Selected 91 patients with T2 DM and CHD who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from April 2018 to March 2021 were enrolled in the study. All patients were planned as the study group(52 cases) and the control group(39 cases). The control group was treated with insulin pump, and the study group was treated with the method of replenishing qi, nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation. Observed and compared the success rate of treatment, blood glucose level, blood lipid level,oxidative stress response, inflammatory factors, incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life indicators for the two groups of patients. Results The treatment success rate, after treatment, the HDL-C, GSH-PX and quality of life indicators of the study group were higher than those of the control group. The blood glucose levels, TC, TG, MDA, 8-iso-PGF2α,inflammatory factors, and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of the combined treatment of insulin pump and the method of replenishing qi, nourishing yin and activating blood for patients with T2 DM and CHD is relatively significant. The patient’s oxidative stress response and blood lipid levels have been significantly improved, which can not only significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors, but also reduce blood glucose levels and avoid adverse reactions in patients.Thereby, the overall success rate of treatment will be improved, the quality of life of patients will be comprehensively improved, and clinically suitable for extended use.
