摘要
目的研究微创经皮锁定钢板在四肢骨折患者中的应用及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年3月—2020年10月该院收治的84例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,电脑随机分组,每组42例。对照组采用单纯切开复位钢板内固定治疗,观察组采用微创经皮闭合复位锁定钢板治疗,比较两组不同治疗措施后的应用效果及对患者生活质量的影响。结果观察组肢体功能恢复优良率90.5%高于对照组69.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.973,P=0.014);观察组手术时间(66.52±12.87)min、出院时间(5.48±1.95)d、骨折愈合时间(10.12±0.13)周均短于对照组(91.57±19.54)min、(9.12±2.08)d、(13.27±1.24)周,差异有统计学意义(t=6.938、8.273、16.373,P<0.001);观察组并发症发生率为2.4%,低于对照组19.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.480,P=0.034);观察组SF-36生活质量量表各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮锁定钢板在四肢骨折患者中应用效果理想,而且能明显改善患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the application of minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate in patients with limb fractures and its impact on the quality of life.Methods From March 2017 to October 2020,84 patients with limb fractures admitted to the hospital were selected as the subjects of study.They were randomly divided into groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous closed reduction and locking steel plate.The application effects of the two groups of different treatment measures and the impact on the quality of life of patients were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of limb function recovery in the observation group was 90.5% higher than that of the control group 69.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.973,P=0.014);the operation time in the observation group was(66.52±12.87)min,and the discharge time was(5.48±1.95)d,the fracture healing time was(10.12±0.13)weeks was shorter than the control group(91.57±19.54)min,(9.12±2.08)d,(13.27±1.24)weeks,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.938,8.273,16.373,P<0.001);the complication rate in the observation group was 2.4%,which,which were lower than 19.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.480,P=0.034);the observation group had high scores in each dimension of the SF-36 Quality of Life Scale In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate has an ideal application effect in patients with limb fractures,and it can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
