摘要
目的:探讨火龙罐综合灸疗法在脑卒中康复期患者中的护理效果。方法:选取2021年1月~2021年4月在本社区门诊接受康复治疗的脑卒中患者72例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各36例,对照组运用中药方剂进行康复期治疗,试验组则采用火龙罐综合灸疗法,评价两组患者肢体功能障碍程度的改善及其对护理工作的满意度。结果:试验组JOA评分改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度为97.22%,高于对照组的88.89%(P<0.05)。结论:火龙罐综合灸疗法有利于脑卒中患者的康复,能有效改善肢体功能障碍,提高护理工作满意度,值得在各大社区医院推广。
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of fiery dragon cupping comprehensive moxibustion in patients with stroke rehabilitation.Methods:72 stroke patients who received rehabilitation treatment in the community clinic from January 2021 to April 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=36) and experimental group(n=36).The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions during the rehabilitation period,and the experimental group was treated with fiery dragon cupping comprehensive moxibustion,then evaluated the improvement of limb dysfunction and their satisfaction with nursing work.Results:The improvement of JOA score in experimental group was better than that in control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate of experimental group was 97.22%,which was higher than 88.89% that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fiery dragon cupping comprehensive moxibustion is conducive to the rehabilitation of stroke patients,can effectively improve limb dysfunction and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy to be popularized in major community hospitals.
