摘要
目的探讨二维超声斑点追踪成像(STI)技术诊断老年急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者的效果。方法110例老年AMI患者根据心电图特征分为非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(A组,54例)和ST段抬高型心肌梗死(B组,56例),所有患者均接受常规超声与二维超声斑点追踪成像检查,比较两组的心功能检查结果、梗死段心肌二维应变参数。结果B组的LVEF小于A组(P<0.05),两组的LVESV、LVEDV比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组梗死段心、内外膜的LPSS、CPSS均低于A组(P<0.05)。结论与常规超声相比,二维超声STI技术可通过评估心肌的应变能力判断心肌病变情况,提高诊断AMI的价值。
Objective To explore the effect of two-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking imaging(STI)in the diagnosis of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 110 elderly patients with AMI were divided into non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(group A,54 cases)and ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(group B,56 cases)according to the ECG characteristics.All patients underwent conventional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking imaging examinations.The examination results of cardiac function and two-dimensional strain parameters of infarcted myocardial segment were compared between the two groups.Results LVEF in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found between the two groups in LVESV and LVEDV(P>0.05).The LPSS and CPSS of endocardium and epicardium of infarcted segment in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with conventional ultrasound,two-dimensional ultrasound STI technology can judge myocardial pathological changes by evaluating myocardial strain capacity,and improve the diagnostic value for AMI.
