摘要
为探究蛹虫草胞外多糖(EPS)诱抗效果,在温室内测定了不同施用方式和不同浓度的蛹虫草EPS粗提物诱导番茄对白粉病和晚疫病产生的抗性。结果表明,叶面喷施、叶面喷施+浇灌组合诱导成株期番茄产生的对白粉病和晚疫病的抗性水平显著优于浇灌处理。100 mg/L蛹虫草EPS粗提物喷施处理诱抗白粉病效果最佳,终防效为60.89%;70 mg/L蛹虫草EPS粗提物喷施处理诱抗晚疫病效果最佳,终防效为59.48%。
To investigate the resistance induction effect of exopolysaccharides(EPS)from Cordyceps militaris,we measured the induced resistance in tomato powdery mildew and late blight with different application methods and concentrations of EPS crude extracts under a greenhouse condition.The results showed that,compared with the irrigation treatment or the combined treatment of foliar spraying and irrigation,the induced resistance in tomato against the two diseases were higher with EPS crude extract foliar spraying treatment.Foliar spraying of 100 mg/L EPS extract showed the best resistance induction effect in tomatoto powdery mildew,with the control efficacy of 60.89%.To late blight,the optimal treatment for resistance induction in tomato was foliar spraying with 70 mg/L EPS extract,and the control efficacy was 59.48%.
