钢桥面浇注式沥青混合料施工缝处治材料粘结性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为减少钢桥面浇注式沥青混合料摊铺过程中纵向接缝位置因较大应力集中而引起的开裂现象,优化接缝施工摊铺工艺,以2种类型沥青贴缝条、2种灌缝料及2种沥青结合料作为原材料,采用拉拔试验和抗裂拉伸试验对钢桥面浇注式沥青混合料施工缝处治材料粘结性能进行研究,优选出了适宜的纵向接缝材料。结果表明:1)灌缝料和热融改性沥青作为新型接缝材料具有较好的力学性能,其中以高弹改性沥青性能最为优异,使用时用量应控制在4/m^(2)~5 kg/m^(2);2)低温条件下热融改性沥青粘结强度最大,常温和高温条件下贴缝条的接缝组合结构粘结强度最大,灌缝料和热融改性沥青粘结强度大小相差不明显;3)随温度的升高,接缝组合结构的粘结强度急剧下降,各接缝材料之间的粘结强度差距变小,高温条件下粘结性能优势并不明显。 In order to reduce the cracking of the longitudinal joints caused by the large stress concentration during the paving process of the steel bridge deck gussasphalt mixture,and to optimize paving process of the joint construction,two types of asphalt seam strips,two grouting materials,and two asphalt binders were used as raw materials.The pull-out test and the anti-cracking tensile test were used to analyze the bonding performance of treatment materials of construction joint for gussasphalt mixture on steel bridge deck.Suitable longitudinal joint materials were selected.Research has shown that:1)as a new type of joint material,the joint material and hot-melt modified asphalt have good mechanical properties.Among them,the high-elastic modified asphalt has the most excellent performance.Its dosage should be controlled at 4 kg/m^(2)~5 kg/m^(2);2)under low temperature condition,hot-melt modified asphalt has the highest bonding strength,and the joint structure of the seam strip has the highest bonding strength under normal and high temperature conditions.,and there is no obvious difference between the bonding strength of the filling material and the hot-melt modified asphalt;3)As the temperature increases,the bonding strength of the joint structure decreases sharply,and the bonding strength gap between the joint materials becomes smaller,and the advantages are not obvious under high temperature conditions.
