摘要
以南京工业大学大学生奖学金评定机制为例,分析其在金额类别设置、评定标准、评定周期、宣传力度和审查机制等方面的不足之处,提出"合理分配奖学金种类,设置奖学金金额及评定周期""从思政教育及心理层面扩大奖学金宣传面,加大宣传力度""学校层面制定详细全面统一的奖学金综合评定标准""完善奖学金审查机制,建立奖学金网络信息平台"四个方面的优化路径,以期为高校建立更加科学的大学生奖学金评定机制提供参考。
Taking the scholarship evaluation mechanism of Nanjing Tech University as an example,analyzes its shortcomings in the setting of amount category,evaluation standard,evaluation cycle,publicity and review mechanism,and puts forward"Reasonable allocation of scholarship types,setting of scholarship amount and evaluation cycle","Ideological and political education and psychological level to expand the publicity of scholarship and enhance the publicity","In order to provide a basis for the establishment of a more scientific evaluation mechanism for college students’ scholarships,the optimization path of "making a detailed,comprehensive and unified comprehensive evaluation standard for scholarships at the university level","improving the review mechanism for scholarships,and establishing a network information platform for Scholarships"is proposed.
