摘要
目的评价急性肾小球肾炎应用麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法70例急性肾小球肾炎患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各35例。对照组予以西药常规治疗,试验组予以西药常规+麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效及症状改善时间。结果试验组总有效率97.14%明显高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组血尿、蛋白尿及水肿消失时间分别为(3.25±0.86)、(13.53±1.60)、(7.42±1.20)d,均明显短于对照组的(6.80±1.18)、(17.42±2.38)、(11.16±1.36)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性肾小球肾炎患者应用麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加减治疗效果突出,不但可提升治疗效果,还可快速改善患者临床症状,建议推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of modified Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction in the clinical treatment of acute glomerulonephritis.Methods A total of 70 patients with acute glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into the control group and the test group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the test group was treated with conventional western medicine and Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction.The clinical efficacy and symptom improvement time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate 97.14%of the test group was significantly higher than77.14%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of hematuria,proteinuria,and edema in the test group were(3.25±0.86),(13.53±1.60),and(7.42±1.20)d,which were significantly shorter than(6.80±1.18),(17.42±2.38),and(11.16±1.36)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction has remarkable effect on patients with acute glomerulonephritis,which can not only enhance the therapeutic effect but also rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and is recommended to be promoted.
