摘要 对于内蒙古高新500 kV变电站5号主变压器扩建工程,其难点是在尽量少征或不征地基础上实现5号主变压器中压套管及其进线间隔之间的连接。通过对架空导线方案、电缆方案、气体绝缘金属封闭输电线路(GIL)方案进行技术经济比较,认为GIL结构紧凑、运用场景灵活、可靠性高、传输能力强、损耗低、便于安装,适用于长距离、大容量、输电走廊受限的场所,最终确定GIL为最优方案。同时对基于GIL的安全设计、安装方式及GIL抗低温措施进行了介绍,并提出日常运行维护工作中做好各气室压力表数值巡视记录、时刻观测管体和基础变形、GIL隧道内维护操作前需有效通风等运维安全建议。采用该方案工程实施顺利,避免了新增用地,投产后变电站运行稳定。 For the No.5 main transformer expansion project of Gaoxin 500 kV substation, the difficult point is to realize the connection between the medium voltage bushing and incoming line interval of No.5 main transformer on the basis of minimum or no land acquisition. Through technical and economic comparisons of schemes of the overhead conductor, cable,and gas insulated metal-enclosed transmission lines(GIL), it is believed that GIL has compact structure, flexible application scenarios, high reliability, strong transmission capability, low loss, easy installining, and is suitable for long distance, large capacity, and limited transmission corridors. GIL is finally determined as the optimal solution. At the same time, the safety design based on GIL, installation method and anti-low temperature measures of GIL are introduced, and the daily maintenance and operation safety suggestions of GIL are put forward, such as keeping inspection records of pressure gauges in each chamber, observing pipe body and foundation deformation at all times, and ensuring effective ventilation before maintenance operation in GIL tunnel. The project is implemented smoothly with the scheme, which avoids land acquisition,and the transformer runs stably after being put into production, which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
