摘要
在进行电气控制时,数控机床是一项非常重要的设备,对日常的生产具有重要的影响。目前,在对数控机床的电气控制系统进行管理时,各项工作的开展难度较大,已经引起了相关人员的重点关注。即在数控机床的电气控制系统的运行过程中,会受到各种因素的影响,容易出现故障问题。在对其进行维护时,需要引进更加先进的信息化技术,对故障问题进行智能诊断,为后期维护工作的开展提供有效的数据支持。文章中,笔者就数控机床电气控制系统故障诊断及维护进行了相关的分析和探讨。
In electrical control,CNC machine tool is a very important equipment,which has an important impact on daily production.At present,when managing the electrical control system of NC machine tools,it is difficult to carry out various work,which has attracted the key attention of relevant personnel.During the operation of this system,it will be affected by various factors and prone to failure.During its maintenance,it is necessary to introduce more advanced information technology to carry out intelligent diagnosis of fault problems,so as to provide effective data support for the later maintenance work.This paper analyzes and discusses the fault diagnosis and maintenance of the electrical control system of NC machine tools.
