摘要
犍为航电枢纽是岷江乐山—犍为河段航电四级规划梯级方案的第三级。由于犍为库区人口比较集中,工矿企业密集,上游规划有东风岩航电枢纽,移民搬迁及企业处理难度大,因此,犍为枢纽库区建库后淹没损失较为敏感。笔者采用恒定流不平衡输沙法、武汉大学编制的SUSBED-2程序对犍为枢纽库区水库泥沙冲淤变化进行预测,为犍为枢纽正常蓄水位、死水位、水库运行方式(含调水调沙方式)的选择提供依据。同时,为了及时掌握水库泥沙淤积部位的发展、库容变化等情况,开展水库泥沙监测规划,为航运调度、电站运行提供准确可靠的资料。
Qianwei Navigation-Power Junction is the third level of the four-level planning cascade scheme of Leshan—Qianwei section of Minjiang River.Due to the relatively concentrated population in the Qianwei reservoir area,intensive industrial and mining enterprises,and the upstream planning of Dongfengyan Navigation-Power Junction,which makes it difficult to relocate and deal with enterprises.Therefore,the inundation loss after the construction of Qianwei Navigation-Power Junction is more sensitive.The author uses the constant flow unbalanced sediment transport method and the SUSBED-2 program compiled by Wuhan University to predict the changes of sediment erosion and deposition in the reservoir area of Qianwei Navigation-Power Junction,which provides a basis for the selection of normal water level,dead water level and reservoir operation mode(including water and sediment regulation mode) of Qianwei Navigation-Power Junction.At the same time,in order to timely grasp the development of the reservoir sediment deposition site and the change of reservoir capacity,the reservoir sediment monitoring planning is carried out to provide accurate and reliable data for shipping scheduling and power station operation.
