摘要
目的:探讨无创呼吸机与高流量湿化治疗仪对呼吸衰竭治疗的应用效果。方法:筛选本院2019年1月~2021年1月收治的60例呼吸衰竭病例作为研究对象,依据病例筛选先后顺序及同期采取的治疗方式展开对比分组,对照组30例为前期病例,应用无创呼吸机辅助通气,观察组30例为后期病例,应用高流量湿化治疗仪辅助通气,将两组治疗后生命体征数值进行比较,并对比两组治疗前后血气指标。结果:对照组在治疗后心率、血压、呼吸频率较正常值更为接近,与观察组相比改善较为显著,组间数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后,观察组血氧分压及二氧化碳血压分压值均有所改善,与对照组相比更具优势,组间数据比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:应用无创呼吸机治疗呼吸衰竭有利于患者生命体征的平稳,高流量湿化治疗仪则更利于血气指标的改善。
Objective:To explore the application effect of non-invasive ventilator and high-flow humidification therapeutic instrument in the treatment of respiratory failure.Methods:60 cases of respiratory failure treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research object,and compared and grouped according to the sequence of case screening and the treatment methods taken in the same period.30 cases in the control group were early cases,assisted by noninvasive ventilator,and 30 cases in the observation group were late cases,assisted by high flow humidification therapy instrument.The vital signs of the two groups were compared after treatment,and the blood gas indexes before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the heart rate,blood pressure and respiratory rate of the control group were closer to the normal values,and improved significantly compared with the observation group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure in the observation group were improved,which was more advantageous than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of respiratory failure is conducive to the stability of vital signs of patients,and the high-flow humidification therapeutic apparatus is more conducive to the improvement of blood gas indexes.
