摘要
基于特种车辆高压直流供配电系统可靠性模型,对供配电系统进行可靠性指标分配及可靠性预计,分析出由于个别单机设备电子元器件数量大、单点环节多,导致系统集成后,可靠性指标不能满足设计要求;因此,必须从系统层面考虑提升产品可靠的方法,有针对性地为系统内薄弱单机设备或元器件增加冗余措施,提升产品可靠性的同时,也保证了成本可控,并针对改进后的供配电系统进行了可靠性验证和可靠性评估。所提出的分析方法可以应用于特种车辆领域中的各类分系统,所提出的设计改进措施可以显著提高供配电系统可靠性,为特种车辆、供配电系统等在方案论证初期提供可参照的技术路线,能够有效减少方案迭代次数、大幅度减少样件投入成本。
Based on the reliability model of special vehicle HVDC power supply system, the reliability index distribution and reliability prediction of the power supply system is carried out, and it is analyzed that the reliability index can not meet the design requirements after system integration, due to the large number of electronic components and many single point of individual equipment.Therefore, it is necessary to find a method to improve the reliability from the system level.By adding redundancy measures for weak equipment or components in the system, the reliability of products is improved and the cost is controlled.The reliability of the improved power supply system has been verified and evaluated.The proposed analysis method can be applied to all kinds of subsystems in the field of special vehicles, the proposed design improvement measures can significantly improve the reliability of HVDC power supply system, which provides a reference technical route for special vehicles and power supply system in the initial stage of scheme demonstration, and can effectively reduce the number of iterations and sample investment cost.
