不同鲜菌草工厂化栽培银耳产量和品质分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用鲜绿洲1号和鲜巨菌草为主要原料工厂化栽培银耳,以棉籽壳和木屑配方为对照,比较不同配方银耳产量、生物学效率和子实体中营养物质、有害物质含量,以期为鲜菌草工厂化栽培银耳提供科学依据。结果表明,鲜绿洲1号(L1)配方银耳产量低于棉籽壳(C1)配方,但显著高于木屑(C2)配方和鲜巨菌草(J1)配方;生物学效率比C2配方高7.09%。L1配方银耳子实体中多糖含量比C2配方高20.61%,比C1配方高24.64%;黄酮含量比C1配方高10.21%,比C2配方高18.66%;粗蛋白含量比C1配方高2.84%,比C2配方高6.12%;三萜含量与C2配方差异不显著。各配方银耳子实体中的重金属铅、镉、汞、砷含量均符合国家标准,菌草栽培的银耳中未检测出棉酚。综合考虑,鲜绿洲1号工厂化栽培银耳的产量和品质优于木屑栽培,是缓解菌林矛盾栽培有机银耳的可行途径。 In order to analyze the yield and quality of Tremella fuciformis by industrialized cultivation with fresh Juncao Lüzhou No.1 and Pennisetum giganteum z.x.lin,the yield,biological efficiency and the contents of nutrients and harmful substances in the fruit-body cultivated with fresh Juncao were compared with that cultivated with cotton seed hull and sawdust(control).The results showed that the yield of Tremella fuciformis cultivated with fresh Lüzhou No.1(L1)formula was lower than that of cotton seed hull(C1)formula,higher than those of sawdust-culture(C2)formula and Pennisetum giganteum z.x.lin(J1)formula;biological efficiency of L1 formula was 7.09% higher than that of C2 formula,the polysaccharide content was 20.61% higher than that of C2 formula,24.64% higher than that of C1 formula,the flavonoid content was 10.21% higher than that of C1 formula,18.66% higher than that of C2 formula,and the crude protein content was 2.84% higher than that of C1 formula and 6.12% higher than that of C2 formula.The difference of triterpene content was not significant between L1 and C2 formulas.The contents of heavy metals lead,cadmium,mercury and arsenic in the fruit-body of each formula were in line with the national standard.No gossypol was detected in the fruit-body cultivated with fresh Juncao.The yield and quality of Tremella fuciformis by industrialized cultivation with Lüzhou No.1 is better than that of sawdust culture,which is a feasible way to alleviate the contradiction between fungus and forest.
