临床知识培训在超声医学科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 超声医学住院医师规范化培训的学员存在临床知识薄弱,难以将超声表现与临床疾病的病理生理改变有效结合。为提高超声医学规培学员的教学质量,以“加强临床知识背景,提高超声诊断能力”为中心,通过急慢性肾脏病为例,强化肾脏疾病的临床知识的培训、了解疾病的解剖学、病理生理学改变,从而强化培养学员临床思维能力,提高规培学员超声临床诊断能力。以期能为各级医疗机构培养具有丰富理论知识,独立胜任临床工作的超声医师。 Locomotor system has always been the focus and difficulty of orthopedic teaching.The emerging 3D printing technology provides a new way for orthopedic teaching.With the rapid popularization and progress of 3D printing technology,more and more education experts have shown great interest in the application value of this technology in orthopedic teaching,and have carried out a series of randomized trials,which proves the role of this technology in orthopedic teaching.3D printing technology is not only widely used in orthopedic anatomy teaching,but also plays an important role in orthopedic surgery teaching.While improving students'clinical knowledge and skills,3D printing technology increases patients’safety and helps relieve the current tension between doctors and patients.This article summarizes the research progress and expounds the application status and prospects of 3D printing technology in orthopedic sub-specialty teaching in recent years,covering trauma,foot and ankle,spine,and bone tumor teaching.By analyzing the current application status and challenges of 3D printing technology in orthopedic teaching,we put forward corresponding suggestions and strategies to further improve the level of orthopedic teaching.
