摘要
为了提升刮板输送机中部槽的使用效率,采用ANSYS数值模拟软件对中部槽的应力分布进行优化分析,发现中部槽在推移耳处应力最大。通过拓扑优化的方法对刮板输送机中部槽进行优化设计,并对优化设计后的中部槽进行受力分析,发现优化后中部槽在降低材料尺寸后仍能满足应力要求,实现了降材增效的目的,为刮板输送机的优化设计提供参考。
In order to improve the efficiency of the middle trough of the scraper conveyor,ANSYS numerical simulation software was used to optimize the stress distribution of the middle trough,and it was found that the middle trough has the highest stress at the pushing ears.The optimized design of the middle trough of the scraper conveyor is carried out by the method of topology optimization,and the stress analysis of the optimized middle trough is carried out,and it is found that the optimized middle trough can still meet the stress requirements after reducing the material size,which can realize the purpose of reducing material and increasing efficiency,and provide reference for the optimized design of the scraper conveyor.
