摘要
为进一步提升带式输送机盘式制动装置的制动性能和安全性,在研究盘式制动装置组成及工作原理的基础上,基于电液比例控制技术对原液压制动控制系统进行改进,并结合相关理论基础完成动力元件(液压泵、电动机)以及辅助元件(蓄能器、管路)的选型。最终,基于AMESim软件对改进液压制动系统的制动性能进行仿真分析,并取得理想结果。
In order to further improve the braking performance and safety of belt conveyor disc brake,the original hydraulic brake control system is improved based on electro-hydraulic proportional control technology based on the study of the composition and working principle of the disc brake,and the selection of power components(hydraulic pump,electric motor) and auxiliary components(accumulator,pipeline) is completed with the relevant theoretical basis.Finally,the braking performance of the improved hydraulic brake system is simulated and analyzed based on AMESim software,and the desired results are obtained.
