余吾煤业压风机水冷系统改进研究

摘要 以余吾煤业有限责任公司所用压风机水冷系统为研究对象,当前水冷系统均为开放式循环系统,一方面循环水蒸发量比较大,使管路及压风机冷却器内壁容易结垢;另一方面外界的杂质也容易混入循环水中,造成管路及压风机冷却器堵塞,因此,设计了一套单独的闭式水循环系统,在系统中加纯净水,极大地改善了压风机冷却器容易堵塞的现状。 Taking the pressure fan cooling system of Yuwu Coal Industry a s the research object,the current water cooling system for the open loop system,on the one hand,circulating water evaporation is large,the piping and pressure fan cooler wall easy scaling,On the other hand,external impurities are also easy to mix into the circulating water,causing blockage of pipeline and compressor cooler.In this paper,the author designs a separate closed water circulation system for the pressure fan,adding pure water into the system,which greatly improves the current situation that the pressure fan cooler is easily blocked.
