摘要
为解决巷道掘进时出现的围岩变形量过大、顶板冒落等问题,以山西某矿30906回风巷掘进过地质构造工程为实例,针对巷道地质条件对注浆加固方案进行设计,提出采用注浆锚索对顶板岩层进行加固,使用锚索对巷帮煤体进行补强,喷浆降低空气、水等围岩弱化作用。经现场应用后,回风巷掘进过地质构造期间未出现顶板冒落、围岩显著变形问题,顶底板及巷帮最大收敛量分别控制在140 mm、37 mm以内,取得较好控制效果。
In order to solve the problems of excessive deformation of surrounding rocks and top plate bubbling down during roadway boring,a mine in Shanxi Province 30906 backwind roadway boring over geological structure is used as an engineering example to propose the use of grouting anchor cable to reinforce the top rock layer,using anchor cable to reinforce the coal body of the roadway gang,and the grouting reinforcement plan is designed for the geological conditions of the roadway and spraying slurry to reduce the weakening effect of surrounding rocks such as air and water.After the field application,the top and bottom plates and the maximum convergence of the roadway gang were controlled within 140 mm and 37 mm respectively,which achieved good control effect.
