摘要
为提高巷道综合掘进效率、缓解矿井采掘接替紧张局面,将掘锚一体机应用到山西某矿61103运输巷掘进中。针对61103运输巷地质条件复杂、顶板破碎问题,对掘锚一体机临时液压顶篷、阻挡落煤装置及截割方式进行针对性优化。经现场应用后,61103运输巷掘进进尺可达到600 m/月,综合掘进效率较普通的综掘机提高50%以上,取得较好的应用成果。
In order to improve the efficiency of integrated roadway excavation and ease the tension of mine mining succession,the integrated anchor digging machine was applied to the excavation of 61103 transportation roadway in a mine in Shanxi.In view of the complex geological conditions and broken roof of 61103 transportation road,the temporary hydraulic roofing,coal blocking device and cutting method of the machine were optimized.After the field application,the progress of 61103 transportation lane can reach 600 m/month,and the comprehensive digging efficiency can be increased by more than 50% compared with the common comprehensive digging machine,which has achieved good application results.
