连续波状横峰对ZrO_(2)陶瓷材料润滑性能的影响

摘要 基于点接触瞬态非牛顿热弹流模型,在ZrO_(2)-Steel接触副两表面分别设计出横向连续波状粗糙形貌,模拟在滚滑工况下各横峰间的互相影响过程,同时分析横峰参数及接触固体尺度对接触区润滑性能的影响。结果表明:选用导热系数小的氧化锆陶瓷为快速表面会得到更厚的油膜厚度;接触副表面的连续横峰在相对运动过程中会产生局部高压、高温现象,摩擦因数波动变化,总体呈现减小的特点;接触固体尺度越大,热效应越明显,接触区内整体膜厚越厚,摩擦因数越小。研究表明,在ZrO_(2)-Steel接触副表面设计出连续波状横峰可起到减小摩擦因数,改善摩擦学性能的目的。 Based on the transient non-Newtonian thermal elastohydrodynamic model of point contact,the two surfaces of the ZrO_(2)-Steel contact pair were respectively designed with transverse continuous wave-like rough topography to simulate the mutual influencing process between the transverse ridges under the rolling-slide condition.The influence of transverse roughness parameters and the contact size were also analyzed.Results show that a thicker oil film is generated when ZrO_(2) is set as the faster surface.Local high pressure and high temperature are produced with the relative movement of continuous transverse ridges,and the friction coefficient fluctuates in a decreased range on the whole.The larger the contact scale,the more obvious the thermal effect,the thicker the film thickness,and the smaller the friction coefficient.It shows that the continuous transverse ridges on both surfaces of the ZrO_(2)-Steel contact pair contribute the improvement of tribological performance by decreasing the frictional coefficient under the full film lubrication.
