缺血性脑卒中后小胶质细胞极化调节机制的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 脑卒中是世界范围内致残率、致死率均较高的一种疾病,严重威胁人类生命健康,且在人群中占比较大。脑卒中后炎症反应对于脑卒中患者的后期恢复至关重要。研究发现小胶质细胞通过极化为不同表型,在神经系统炎症反应中发挥抗炎和促炎的双重作用。以小胶质细胞作为靶点,研究其炎症发生机制,可选择性抑制其促炎作用,发挥其抗炎作用,从而起到保护神经功能,促进脑卒中患者神经功能恢复的作用。因此,深入探讨小胶质细胞不同表型的转化机制,促进其由促炎表型向抗炎表型转化,可作为一个全新的脑卒中治疗策略,帮助更好地选择作用靶点,有利于疾病的治疗。为此,本文将近年来小胶质细胞的部分极化机制研究进行阐述。 Worldwide,the disability and fatality rate of stroke is high,which greatly threatens human life and health,and accounts for a large proportion of the population.The inflammatory caused by stroke is important for the later recovery of stroke patients.Studies have found that microglia are polarized into different phenotypes and has a double effect on anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory in the inflammatory response of the nervous sys⁃tem.Using it as a target,studying the mechanism of inflammation can selectively inhibit its pro-inflammatory and play its anti-inflammatory effect,thereby protecting the nerve function and promoting the recovery of nerve function in stroke patients.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the transformation mechanism of different phenotypes of mi⁃croglia and promote the transformation from a pro-inflammatory phenotype to an anti-inflammatory phenotype can be used as a new treatment strategy for stroke,helping us to better choose the target of action,which is beneficial to Treatment of disease.For this reason,this article will describe the partial polarization mechanism of microglia in recent years.
