摘要
根据理论构想,结合访谈和开放性问卷,对630名中小学教师进行调查,运用调查结果编制《中小学教师职业理想问卷》,并对问卷进行信度和效度的检验。中小学教师职业理想问卷由“职业追求”“职业认同”和“职业素养”等3个维度构成,具有较好的内部一致性信度、重测信度、内容效度和结构效度,以期作为测查中小学教师职业理想的工具提供借鉴。
Based on the theoretical framework,combined with interviews and open questionnaires,the questionnaire of primary and secondary school teachers’career ideals was developed,630 primary and secondary school teachers were investigated,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested.The questionnaire consists of three dimensions including professional pursuit,professional identity,and professional competency,with good internal-consistency reliability,test-retest reliability,content validity,and construct validity,which can be used as an effective tool to measure the career ideal of primary and secondary school teachers.
