大型乙烯压缩机推力盘液压拆装力学分析与优化

摘要 从大型乙烯压缩机推力盘拆卸困难案例出发,针对原始结构的安装和拆卸过程进行仿真计算,初步判别问题发生原因为油槽大、小径侧轴孔涨开油压比过大,导致油压无法向两侧同时传递。并以此确定新结构设计的优化方向,即保障安装油压不升高的前提下,满足油槽大小径侧轴孔涨开油压比为1,并同时开展推力承载能力核算。最后通过现场的产品试验验证了优化方法的可行性,结合多台产品的解决案例反馈,进一步说明该分析方法具有较高的参考价值。 Because of the disassembly difficuties problem of thrust disk in large ethylene compressor,the simulation calculation of assembly and disassembly process of thrust disk is conducted by the finite element software.The prelimiary determined reason is the excessive oil pressure ratio of the oil groove which also prevent the oil flow to both sides of the shaft hole at the same time.Then the new structre design is proposed that the oil pressure ratio should be equal to 1 when the oil pressure installation doesn’t increase.In additional,the thurst load of thrust disk is calculated.Finally,the fesibility of the new thurst disk design is verified by the experiment and applied in many products.
