摘要
政产学研合作是国家技术创新体系的核心内容,但是因为各参与方的复杂性以及项目的创新性,在缺少科学合理的治理机制的情况下,容易导致合作失败。从治理角度来分析,以清远市职教集团为例,政产学研的各参与方均处于平等、激励、互动的状态,构建现代化治理体系,可以更好地保持各方之间的平衡,由固化任务式的合作转变为良性循环的纵深合作,真正做到利益共享。想要实现政产学研合作的稳定性,就需要各方协同合作,创建更具有针对性和可操作性的现代化治理体系。
The cooperation of government,industry,university and research institute is the core content of the national technological innovation system,but because of the complexity of the participants and the innovation of the project,it is easy to lead to the failure of the cooperation in the absence of a scientific and reasonable governance mechanism.From the perspective of governance,taking Qingyuan vocational education group as an example,all the participants of government,industry,university and research institute are in the state of equality,incentive and interaction.Building a modern governance system can better maintain the balance between the parties,change the solidified task-based cooperation into a virtuous circle of in-depth cooperation,and truly achieve benefit sharing.To achieve stability in the cooperation between government,industry,universities and research institutions,it is necessary for all parties to cooperate and create a more targeted and operable modern governance system.
