摘要
目的:研究2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者血脂异常与血尿酸水平的相关性。方法:2019年4月-2020年12月收治2型糖尿病患者138例,根据感觉阈值检查结果分为2型糖尿病周围神经病变组(DPN组)90例和2型糖尿病非周围神经病变组(NDPN组)48例。以Pearson程序分析血脂异常与血尿酸水平关系的相关性。结果:单因素分析显示,DPN组血尿酸水平及血脂异常程度均高于NDPN组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,血尿酸水平、血脂异常程度为导致DPN的关键因素。经Pearson程序分析发现,血尿酸水平、高血脂与2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变密切相关。结论:2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平、血脂水平与周围神经病变相关,且血尿酸与血脂异常升高是2型糖尿病周围神经病变的危险因素。
Objective:To study the correlation between dyslipidemia and blood uric acid levels in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:From April 2019 to December 2020,138 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected,they were divided into the type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy group(the DPN group)with 90 patients and the type 2 diabetic non-peripheral neuropathy group(the NDPN group)with 48 cases according to the sensory threshold test results.We compared the correlation between dyslipidemia and blood uric acid level analyzed by the Pearson program.Results:Univariate analysis showed that the levels of serum uric acid and dyslipidemia in the DPN group were higher than those in the NDPN group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the level of blood uric acid and the degree of dyslipidemia were the key factors leading to DPN.Pearson program analysis found that blood uric acid levels and high blood lipids are closely related to type 2 diabetes with peripheral neuropathy.Conclusion:The level of blood uric acid and blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes are related to peripheral neuropathy,and elevated blood uric acid and dyslipidemia are risk factors for peripheral neuropathy of type 2 diabetes.
