摘要
目的建立灰色关联度模型,综合评价不同产地牡丹皮药材的质量。方法以17个不同产地牡丹皮药材为研究对象,测定没食子酸、儿茶素、氧化芍药苷、芍药苷、苯甲酸、丹皮酚、苯甲酰芍药苷、醇溶性浸出物、总灰分含量,结合灰色关联度分析法构建牡丹皮药材质量的灰色关联度评价模型。结果17个产地牡丹皮样品的相对关联度在0.314~0.597范围内。山西运城、安徽铜陵、安徽南陵产地牡丹皮样品的相对关联度排名靠前,湖北恩施、重庆垫江、亳州、山东菏泽产地牡丹皮样品的相对关联度排名靠后,。结论基于灰色关联度分析法可综合评价牡丹皮药材质量,可为牡丹皮资源的开发提供参考依据。
Objective To establish a grey correlation model to comprehensively evaluate the quality of Moutan Cortex from different producing areas.Methods The Moutan Cortex of 17 different producing areas was used as the research object to determine the content of gallic acid,catechin,Oxidation paeonivfuuflorin,paeoniflorin,benzoic acid,paeonol,benzoyl paeoniflorin,alcohol-soluble extract and total ash.The grey correlation degree model for evaluating the quality of Moutan Cortex was established by grey correlation analysis.Results The relative correlation degrees of all evaluation samples were in the range of 0.314-0.597.The samples of Moutan Cortex produced in Yuncheng City of Shanxi Province,Tongling City of Anhui Province and Nanling City of Anhui Province ranked the top few in the relative correlation degrees.The samples of Moutan Cortex from Enshi City of Hubei Province,Dianjiang County of Chongqing,Bozhou City of Anhui Province and Heze City of Shandong Province ranked the bottom few in the relative correlation degrees.Conclusion The grey correlation analysis method and model can be used to evaluate the quality of Moutan Cortex.The results of this study can provide reference for the development and utilization of Moutan Cortex resources.
