摘要
国家大力推进新能源汽车的发展,使得电动汽车中主逆变器用大功率IGBT驱动电路设计与研究越来越重要。经过深入调查,选用行业内认可的1ED020I12-FA作为驱动芯片进行电路设计。由于主逆变器工作于高压、大电流的环境当中,因此驱动电路设计需考虑栅极驱动性能、过流保护、IGBT门极保护、死区时间等功能。考虑到实际应用中可能出现偏差,通过实验对所设计的电路进行了验证。
The state vigorously promotes the development of new energy vehicles,making the design and research of high-power IGBT driving circuit for the main inverter of electric vehicles more and more important.After in-depth investigation,the industry-approved 1 ED020 I12-FA is selected as the drive chip for circuit design.Since the main inverter operates in a high-voltage,high-current environment,the drive circuit design needs to consider functions such as gate drive performance,overcurrent protection,IGBT gate protection,and dead time.Considering the possible deviation in the practical application,the designed circuit is verified by experiments.
