摘要 本文针对齐鲁石化衡器数量多、分散广、人员少等现状,利用网络技术、传感技术等信息化手段,通过与ERP、MES、视频监控、衡器计量等系统深集成,有针对性的提出一种在石化行业实施衡器无人值守技术的方案,解决了缺员、系统集成度不高等问题,提升了计量出厂效率。 In view of the present situation of Qilu petrochemical weighing apparatus, such as large quantity, wide dispersion and few personnel, by means of information technology such as network technology and sensor technology, and through deep integration with ERP, MES, video monitoring, weighing apparatus measurement and other systems, this paper puts forward a targeted scheme of implementing weighing apparatus unattended technology in the petrochemical industry, which solves the problem of lack of personnel and low system integration and improves the measurement Factory efficiency.
