摘要
为了提高铁矿球团制备过程中粒度大小和分布检测的准确性和即时性,本文通过计算机视觉技术,开发一种生球粒度识别系统。该系统通过摄像头采集圆盘造球机出球区的实时图像,采用四重增强和高斯滤波进行图像增强和降噪,然后采用霍夫圆检测算法进行生球数量和粒度识别。结果表明:四重图像增强结合高斯滤波可以有效降低图像中的噪声,霍夫圆检测能够快速准确识别生球数量和粒度分布,生球和合格球数量识别的准确度分别达到96.29%和90.61%。本文研究成果对提高生球合格率和降低人员劳动强度具有积极作用。
In order to improve the accuracy and immediacy of particle size and distribution detection during the preparation of fresh pellets,a fresh pellets size recognition system is developed through computer vision technology.The system acquires real-time images of the ball outlet area of the disc ball maker through a camera,uses quadruple enhancement and Gaussian filtering for image enhancement and noise reduction,and then uses the Hough circle detection algorithm for fresh pellets number and particle size identification.The results show that the quadruple image enhancement combined with Gaussian filtering can effectively reduce the noise in the image,and the Hough circle detection can quickly and accurately identify the fresh pellets number and particle size distribution,and the accuracy of fresh pellets number and qualified fresh pellets number identification reaches 96.29%and 90.61%,respectively.The research results of this paper have a positive effect on improving the qualification rate of fresh pellets and reducing the labor intensity of personnel.
