摘要
党的领导是建设社会主义教师教育事业的核心力量,正是有了党在苏区、边区和解放区创建人民师范的办学经验,有了新中国成立初期对师范教育的社会主义改造,以及后期对社会主义教师教育事业的领导和持续推进,尤其是当前对新时代社会主义教师教育事业的高位布局,才有了今天教师教育良好发展格局和未来可持续发展的战略机遇。坚持办"人民师范"和发挥"办好师范为人民"的教师教育传统,重视教师教育对民族精神的重大影响,坚持学科知识的传授和教师教育知识的创新,既是百年来党的教师教育事业发展经验,也是教师教育未来发展的战略选择。
The Party’s leadership is the core of the construction of socialist teacher education.It is precisely because of the Party’s school running experience in establishing people’s normal schools in Soviet areas,border areas and liberated areas,the socialist transformation of normal education in the early days of the founding of the PRC,and the leadership and continuous promotion of socialist teacher education in the later period,especially the current high-level layout of socialist teacher education in the new era,can we have a good development pattern of today’s teacher education and a strategic opportunity for sustainable development in the future.Adhering to the tradition of running"people’s normal schools"and giving full play to the teacher education tradition of"running normal schools well for the people",paying attention to the great impact of teacher education on the national spirit,and adhering to the teaching of subject knowledge and the innovation of teacher education knowledge are not only the development experience of the Party’s teacher education in the past century,but also the strategic choice for the future development of teacher education.
