糖尿病及降糖药对心房颤动影响的研究进展 被引量:4

Advance in the effects of antidiabetic drugs on atrial fibrillation

摘要 心房颤动(房颤)是目前临床上最常见的心律失常之一,可导致一系列并发症,且部分患者发病隐匿,严重影响人们的生命健康,故而越来越受到重视。糖尿病作为一种慢性炎症性疾病,可显著增加房颤的发生风险。炎症、氧化应激、结构和电重构等病理生理的改变参与了高血糖导致及维持房颤的主要机制,目前部分降糖药已被证明具有治疗房颤的潜力,然而,关于糖尿病患者应用降糖药物后对房颤发生发展影响的内在机制尚无定论。因此,本文在探讨糖尿病与房颤之间关系的基础上,对不同类型的降糖药物与房颤关系相关的临床及基础研究进展进行了综述。
