摘要
在人工智能时代,隐私成为信息分享时代最重要的社会问题。本文基于感知易用性和感知有用性,围绕人脸识别用户的隐私问题和影响因素,建构了研究模型,通过问卷调查法进行实证分析,采用结构方程模型解释影响人脸识别实际使用的作用机制和"隐私悖论"问题,论证感知有用性与信任对于人脸识别使用的积极影响,为人脸识别应用的隐私治理提供建议。
In the age of artificial intelligence,privacy has become the most critical social issue in the era of information sharing.In this paper,based on the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness,a research model is built according to the privacy and influencing factors of face recognition users.An empirical analysis is carried out by using the questionnaire survey,and the structural equation model is adopted to explain the influence mechanism of the actual use of face recognition and privacy paradox so as to demonstrate the positive impact of perceived usefulness and trust on the use of face recognition,thereby providing recommendations for the privacy management of face recognition applications.
