摘要
党的十九大明确提出提高就业质量,要坚持就业优先战略和积极就业政策,实现更高质量和更充分就业。深入系统的分析高校毕业生就业质量,在提升毕业生就业归属感的同时,也有助于促进社会稳定与和谐。因此深入研究高校本科生就业质量有利于提升高校毕业生就业质量,有利于进一步研究提高高校毕业生就业质量对策,有利于更好的开展高校毕业生就业工作,提高就业服务水平和服务能力。本文从就业率、就业单位、个人发展、服务地方四个指标研究就业质量,构建了高校毕业生就业质量评价体系,利用层次分析法进行权重计算,并通过国内四所电子科技大学就业数据进行了验证,所得结论与金平果排行榜四所大学排名相吻合。
At the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was clearly proposed to improve the quality of employment,insist on the strategy o£giving top priority to employment and a proactive employment policy,achieve higher quality and fuller employment,and encourage business start-ups to boost employment.In-depth and systematic analysis of the employment quality of college graduates,in order to enhance the sense of belonging to the employment of graduates,but also to promote social stability and harmony.Therefore,in-depth study of the employment quality of university graduates is conducive to improve the employment quality of university graduates,to further study the countermeasures to improve the employment quality of university graduates,to better carry out the employment work of university graduates,and to improve the level and capacity of employment services.This paper studies the employment quality from four indexes of employment rate,employment unit,personal development and service place,constructs the evaluation system of the employment quality of college graduates,and calculates the weight by using analytic hierarchy process.Through the employment data of four universities of electronic science and technology in China,the conclusion is consistent with the Golden Apple ranking of the four universities.
