高支高密棉/天丝^(TM)超薄衬衫面料的生产技术研究

摘要 文章通过对产品规格与生产工艺进行设计,采用高支棉纱与天丝TM短纤纱进行交织,生产出一种高支高密棉/天丝TM超薄衬衫面料。针对产品属于高支高密织物,且总经根数多,生产时有一定难度等特点,并要求其具有滑爽、吸湿透气等服用性能,对织造过程中的整经、浆纱及喷气织造工艺与采取的技术措施作了详细分析与阐述,并对织物的后整理工艺要点进行说明。最终结果表明,产品投产后上机织造效率达94%以上,下机一等品率达87%,入库一等品率达99%,并且成品各项性能指标均达到优等品标准。 After designing the product specification and production processes,a kind of high-count and high-density cotton/Tencel^(TM) ultra-thin shirting was produced by interlacing high-count cotton yarn and Tencel^(TM) staple yarn.High-count and high-density fabrics with a high total number of warps are plagued with certain production difficulties and require smooth,moisture absorption and breathable properties.The paper analyzed the technologies adopted in the weaving process,including warping,sizing and air-jet weaving process and explained the main technical points of the finishing process.The result showed that the looming weaving efficiency reached over 94%after the product was put into production;the first grade percentage before cloth repairing reached 87%;the first grade percentage during storage reached 99%.And all performance indicators of the finished product reached the superior standard.
