摘要
为解决车辐式单双层混合索膜屋盖关键节点受力复杂、节点连接精度要求高、安装难度大的问题,以乐山市奥林匹克中心建设项目体育场新型大跨度车辐式单双层混合索膜屋盖为依托,总结索膜屋盖外环受压钢桁架、车辐式单双层混合索结构、单双层混合索膜结构施工质量控制措施与要点,以保证新型车辐式单双层混合索膜屋盖施工质量。
In order to solve the problems of complex force on key nodes of the vehicle-width single and double-layer mixed cable-membrane roof, high requirements for node connection accuracy, and difficulty in installation, relying on the new large-span single and double-layer mixed cable-membrane roof of Leshan Olympic Center construction project, this paper summarizes the construction quality control measures and main points of the steel truss under pressure on the outer ring of the cable-membrane roof, the spoke-type single and double-layer mixed cable structure, and the single and double-layer mixed cable and membrane structure to ensure the construction quality of the new-type single and double-layer mixed cable-membrane roof.
