摘要
党中央在新的历史条件下提出全面实施乡村振兴战略有着深刻的历史、理论、现实的内涵逻辑。中华民族对“大同社会”孜孜不倦的追求、社会主义发展的需要和党的对人民的庄重承诺构成了全面推动乡村振兴的历史逻辑;马克思主义的人的全面发展思想、共同富裕本质要求和城乡融合发展思想形成了全面实施乡村振兴战略的理论逻辑;全面建成小康社会、社会主要矛盾转化和乡村民风开化则为全面推动乡村振兴提供了现实基础。
Under the new historical conditions,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China puts forward the comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization strategy,specifically,there are three kinds of logic:history,theory and reality,which has profound connotation logic.The Chinese tireless pursuit of "Great Harmony",the need for socialist development and the Party’s solemn commitment to the people constitute the historical logic of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization;Marxism’s thought of people’s all-round development,the essential requirement of common prosperity and the thought of urban-rural integration have formed the theoretical logic for the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Building a well-off society in an all-round way,transforming the main social contradictions and opening up rural folk customs provide a realistic basis for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
