摘要
目的对微创手术的腰间盘突出症患者采用综合护理干预的临床效果进行探讨。方法以2017年6月至2020年7月我院接受微创手术的腰间盘突出症患者80例为对象,按照随机数字表法分为采用常规护理的对照组和采用综合护理的观察组,每组各40例,将两组的并发症发生率、术后康复情况和VAS评分进行比较。结果观察组干预后的康复率为92.50%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组干预后的VAS评分为(2.31±0.24)分,低于对照组的(3.32±0.31)分(P<0.05);观察组护理后总满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论对于接受微创手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用综合护理干预能够显著改善患者的治疗效果,降低术后疼痛评分,提升护理满意度,具有临床参考价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation having received minimally invasive surgery.Methods Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent minimally invasive surgery in our hospital from June 2017 to July 2020 were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group were given routine nursing and the observation group were given comprehensive nursing.The complication rates,postoperative recovery and VAS scores were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery rate of the observation group after intervention(92.50%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group after intervention(2.31±0.24)points was lower than that of the control group(3.32±0.31)points after intervention(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group after intervention was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group as 75.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the treatment effect,reduce postoperative pain scores,and improve nursing satisfaction in patients with lumbar disc herniation having received minimally invasive surgery.It has clinical reference value.
