摘要
近年来,真实世界研究受到了我国医疗卫生和监管决策部门的重视。本文总结了真实世界研究在基本药物遴选、配备、质量监管和中医药研究等方面的应用,结果表明目前该研究方法在我国基本药物制度改革中的应用尚处于早期阶段,有着广阔的应用前景。建议研究人员立足我国基本药物制度改革的实际需要,遵循真实世界研究的技术规范,利用这一方法开展不同医保支付方式对基本药物需求和使用的影响、短缺基本药物供应保障机制、药物多源多环节监测平台的建立等研究,为推动我国基本药物制度改革提供参考。
In recent years,real-world study(RWS)has attracted much attention from the medical and regulatory decision-making departments in China.This paper summarized the application of RWS in the selection,supply,quality assurance of essential medicines and traditional Chinese medicine research.The results showed that the application of RWS in reform of Essential Medicine System in China was still in its early stage but with broad application prospects.We recommend that researchers focus on the actual needs of Essential Medicine System reform in China,and follow the technical guidance of RWS to undertake the research such as the impact of different health insurance payments for basic drugs demand and use,the supply assurance mechanism of supplying-shortage basic drugs and the establishment of multi-source and multi-section drug monitoring platform so as to provide reference for the reform of Essential Medicine System in China.
