腋窝外科与乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿的研究进展

摘要 腋窝手术是乳腺外科的重要组成部分,实施乳腺腋窝手术后的乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿(BCRL)是术后常见并发症,BCRL的发生率与腋窝的操作方式密切相关,缩小腋窝清扫范围对预防BCRL十分重要。本文围绕近年国内外相关文献,对腋窝手术方式的发展与BCRL的关系作一综述。
