长沙地区某居住建筑供暖空调能耗调研与实测 被引量:2

摘要 居住建筑供暖空调能耗是建筑耗能的重要组成部分.本文选取长沙某新建小区进行问卷调查和典型住户入室监测,获得85份有效问卷和1 a实测数据.通过统计住户在室情况和空调运行模式数据,分析了室内热舒适性,并计算了全年供暖空调能耗.研究结果表明:住户在室情况主要分2大类;不同房间、不同工况下空调运行模式完全不一样;卧室空调驱动因素一般以环境为主,客厅则以事件为主;制冷期空调开启率明显大于供暖期,热舒适性明显优于供暖期;不同住户供暖空调能耗不同,且与在室率、建筑面积等为非简单线性关系. Heating and air conditioning energy consumption of residential buildings is an important part of building energy consumption.This paper selects a newly-built residential area in Changsha to carry out questionnaire survey and typical household entry monitoring,and 85 valid questionnaires and one-year measured data are obtained.Based on the data statistics of household occupancy and air conditioning operation mode,the indoor thermal comfort is analyzed,and the annual heating and air conditioning energy consumption is calculated.The results show that there are two main types of occupancy conditions.The operation modes of air conditioning are completely different in different rooms and under different working conditions.The driving factors of bedroom air-conditioning are mainly environment-oriented,while the living room are mainly event-oriented,the rate of air-conditioning opening in cooling period is obviously higher than that in heating period,and the thermal comfort is obviously better than that in heating period.The energy consumption of heating and air conditioning in different households is different,which has a non-simple linear relationship with occupancy rate and building area.
