摘要
海上油田钻井作业中,12-1/4"井段是钻井提速的关键井段,当前对于该井段从开钻至完钻期间的钻进效率对比主导向为机械钻速(ROP)对比,忽略了整个井段钻进辅助时间(划眼、接立柱等)的影响,通过选取行程钻速作为效率对比参数可以真实地反映井段钻进效率,其推导计算出的钻进辅助因子更能科学的优化钻井辅助时间,有利于进一步发掘钻进效率提升空间。
In offshore oil field drilling operation,12-1/4"hole drilling speed is very important.At present,the dominant direction of drilling efficiency is ROP,but it ignors the whole hole drilling auxiliary time(reaming,make up stands etc.).By choosing the rate of round trip as the efficiency comparison parameter,the drilling efficiency of the well section can be truly reflected,and the drilling auxiliary factor deduced and calculated by it can more scientifically optimize the drilling auxiliary time,which is beneficial to further explore the space of drilling efficiency improvement.
