摘要
目的观察小儿推拿联合中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效及对患儿胃肠激素和炎症指标的影响。方法将350例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组175例予西医常规治疗,治疗组175例在对照组基础上加用小儿推拿联合中药穴位贴敷治疗。2组均治疗5 d后统计疗效,比较2组治疗前后胃肠激素胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)水平变化情况,比较2组治疗前后炎症指标C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平变化情况。结果治疗组显效率78.29%(137/175),总有效率98.86%(173/175),对照组分别为61.72%(108/175)、94.29%(165/175),治疗组显效率高于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率与对照组疗效相当(P>0.05)。2组治疗后胃肠激素MOT、GAS水平与本组治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后炎症指标CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平与本组治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿推拿联合中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎临床疗效确切,可明显抑制胃肠激素,MOT、GAS分泌减轻炎性反应,提高显效率。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of infantile massage combined with acupoint herbal patching(AHP)for rotavirus(RV)enteritisin children and its influence on gastrointestinal hormone and inflammatory index.Methods Totally 350 children with RV enteritis were divided into equal group according to the random number table,on the basis of conventional Western medicine,and treatment group received infantile massage combined with AHP,additionlly.The treatment continued for 5 days,the aim was to compare gastrointestinal hormone including motilin(MOT),gastrin(GAS);inflammatory index including C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α);and the curative effect was counted.Results The obvious effective rate in treatment group and control group was 78.29%(137/175)and 61.72%(108/175),respectively,the obvious effective rate being better in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates in treatment group were equivalent to that in control group[98.86%(173/175)vs 94.29%(165/175),(P>0.05),respectively].After treatment,gastrointestinal hormones(MOT,GAS)in groups were decreased(P<0.05),treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05);inflammatory indexes(CRP,IL-6,TNF-α)in groups were decreased(P<0.05),which decreased in treatment group as compared with cortrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with RV enteritis,the combination of the above two has a definite clinical effect,which is capable of inhibiting secretion of gastrointestinal hormone,reducing MOT,GAS,inflammatory response,CRP,IL-6,and TNF-α,and improvingobvious effective rate.
