新时代工匠精神融入校园文化的现实困境与实践路径

摘要 确立以新时代工匠精神为核心的育人理念,将新时代工匠精神融入校园文化之中,是落实立德树人根本任务的关键。“中国制造2025”的顺利实现,离不开大批具有新时代工匠精神的高素质技术技能人才的支撑。长期以来,我国职业教育普遍存在重硬件投入而轻软件建设、重技能培养而轻职业素养、重校企合作而轻双元育人等现实困境。根据专业知识、职业技能、职业精神这三大职业教育内涵特性,打造德技并修的工匠精神与校园文化融合平台,构建“双元双导、三课对接”的校企文化育人模式,是新时代工匠精神与校园文化融通的有效育人路径。 It is the key to implement the fundamental task of moral education to establish the concept of craftsmanship spirit,and integrate craftsmanship spirit into the campus culture of new era.The realization of“Made in China 2025”strategy needs the support of a large number of high-quality and highly skilled talents with craftsmanship spirit.For a long time,in the development of vocational education in China,there exist common problems such as emphasizing hardware investment and neglecting software construction,emphasizing skill training and neglecting professional quality,emphasizing school enterprise cooperation and neglecting dual education.It is suggested to stick to the three connotation and characteristics of vocational education,which are professional knowledge,professional skills,professional spirit,and to build a school enterprise culture education model of“dual guidance and integration of three courses”,which is an effective way to integrate craftsmanship spirit in new era into campus culture.
